I don't know how many of you follow Scotty, but in the past he has trashed Subaru based mainly on the older engines and their head gasket issues. However, this past week on one of his segments he said that the newer Crosstreks were good cars! Surprise surprise! He didn't say anything about any other Subaru model. Due to his bias I take his content with a grain of salt in some cases but most of it is interesting to say the least.

I have managed to separate his opinion commentary from his troubleshooting/diagnostic procedures. When you can do that ( as with most YouTube "professionals") the core content can be useful.
He's just a don't know it all in my opinion. He needs to keep his spaced out ideas to himself. Nothing useful comes from him.
