I've not heard of dealers installing dash cams (or third party audio, etc.) I would think a specialized car audio place would be a better bet.

 

Dunno if you got BestBuy stores up there...but they put in a few for me.

 

I've installed three in our vehicles and found it very simple. There are several YouTube video's that explain how.
