Hello all,
I own a 2018 Crosstrek 2.0i Limited. I am loving it so far (just got it a few days ago) but have a minor concern.
When I start her up in the morning it will let out a pretty large cloud of white smoke. It happens instantaneously once the engine turns over, so I’ve ruled out basic vapor from condensation buildup. Just the one massive cloud then that’s it, not continuously pumping out smoke or anything.
Note: I park on a slanted driveway (nose down and to the right[passenger] side), not sure if that has anything to do with it.
Would very much appreciate any info anyone might have on this.
Concern 2: When the AC is running I get an audible knocking sound, seems to be after the car is significantly warmed up and driven for a bit.
Thank you in advance for any info anyone might have on any of these symptoms I am experiencing.
