Subaru steel rims + EOM lug nuts

It probably means that the lug studs are too long to fit inside the OEM closed lug nuts with those wheels. I accidentally ruined some OEM lug nuts that way with some wheel spacers. That's in my build thread if you want to see my quick pivot from annoyance to embarrassment.

Lug nuts are pretty affordable on Amazon FYI. You don't really need name brand, they're just nuts.
