My question to you would be what parts are you looking for?
For filters, I just buy them from the dealership. They are cheap enough and quality doesn't need to be questioned.
For oil other than OEM (I use Motul) I actually get it pretty cheap from Budd's Subaru in Oakville, ON. 0W-16 is a bit harder to find. I haven't had enough milage to warrant my first oil change yet, so I haven't really tried looking yet.

For things like brakes, brake lines, fluids, radiators or performance parts, there are a few options. Touge Tuning, NV Auto, Nextmod are all the go to places in Ontario. Not sure about other provinces.

For lighting, ProLightz is based out of Quebec.

For off-road gear like lift kits, struts, springs, skid plates, and even wheels, LP Aventure is also based out of Quebec.

Some parts are just cheaper to bring over from the US using a service like CrossBorderPickups.ca
