I was about to attempt this feet also, I was gonna run the wires along the inside of the roof rails then into the trunk and along the headliner and too the cabin. This method will leave about an inch or so of wire exposed from the back of the rail to the trunk but would be much easy then removing the roof rails and running it in them.

 

A few folks have run the wire along the windshield next to the a-pillar then down into the engine bay. Another has run the wires back to the hatch and followed the stock wires from there. Post pics!

 

Yea, make sure to show us pictures once you're done with your project.

 

I ran my wires along the inside edge of the roof rails to the back, then into the hatch, and behind the trim along the drivers side all the way to the front. Took a ton of wire, but I'm happy with how it turned out.
