Hello!
I just got a new 17 Crosstrek Limited. In the manual it says to hold down the Audio/Tune button to get to the EQ. I've tried this, but it just takes me to whatever is currently playing. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance!

Do you have a sound square in the right bottom corner of your screen when playing music?

Those is your EQ presets. You can change and keep any of them.

Pick any of the presets and it will bring you to the full EQ screen where you can change the settings.

OK. I got dressed and went out and started my car. Hit the adjust box above the presets. Then you will get to the screen you are looking for.

That's not it. There's a whole settings menu that you're supposed to get when you hold down the Audio/Tune knob. Then you get a new menu with Balance/Fader, Speed Volume Control, Graphic Equalizer, Sound Restorer, Volume Smoother, Virtual Bass and Vocal Image Control. That's the menu I'm looking for. Sorry for the confusion. Didn't have the manual with me at the time.

I have a Fujitsu Ten in my 2016 Limited. I don't have virtual bass. Those options are for the basic HU.

I don't believe that is true on the 2017's. At least not on the Nav HU.
