Heated seat switches stopped working

I had removed the center console for a different project and only unplugged the usb and cig lighter connection in the process. But when I put it all back together, the heater switches have red lights but no yellow on light indicator and no heat to the seats. The fuse is good (it's marked "seat heater"). Inspecting the wires shows no damage or half plugged connectors.

Any ideas on what might be wrong? Thanks!

Thanks subyrubyroo,
Ok, I checked fuse A and B and they look normal.
Then I took pictures of the Relay Holder and It doesn't look like that. (see attachments)
So is the relay under the the top right (white) connector with the red, blue, black and green wires?
How can I check that the relay is functioning?

I found the relay block behind the glove box frame but haven't taken the frame off yet since its dark here and pouring rain!

So when I finally get the suspect relay out, what do y'all use as a safe power source to activate the relay? I have a ohm meter to test the load side.
Update: The relay appears to be working. I used a 9v smoke alarm battery to energize the smaller leads, and when I did that, it clicked and the resistance on the larger leads went to near zero. Nothing looks discolored or broken.

subyrubyroo, may I ask were that diagram came from, the holder has no map. I guess what I mean to say is how do you know that position (C) is the seat heater relay?

So with the tools and knowledge I have, I'm kinda stuck. What should I look at next?
