Recently traded in a 2022 OBW to buy a 2025 CTW. The OBW had a front view camera that was very useful for navigating rocky back roads, especially the way the OBW's front protrudes so far forward. Less of a problem with the CTW, but still a little disappointing that the CTW doesn't have a front camera for navigation. Has anyone had any luck What luck has anyone had finding a 3rd party front camera and having it installed with an on/off switch?

I just bought a kit from Naviks to install and integrate a front camera with the infotainment unit. I liked the idea of not adding another screen.

Right. I asked my salesman what that space was for and he muttered something about it being reserved for some sort of "feature to be added later," That made no sense to me then and still doesn't. Unfortunately the Naviks assembly mentioned by davidefreeman above doesn't take advantage of this cutout.
There's a guy who does it for installing an audio amp... I've posted it here somewhere, let me look.

Taking off the shift knob may give some more room to pull the head unit "out" to get behind it, process for that is shown here as part of a different install.
