Have seen them. Not much help. Do i have to remove the manifold etc?

 

If you have the right tools you can remove the EGR without removing the intake manifold. Of course it’s a tight area to work with but it’s possible.

I would remove the manifold and replace the EGR or clean it out, and while you have the manifold out you can clean your intake valves.

My dealership said that my car dont have a EGR-valve. Its becaus of cold oil. Its -20 C here now. Money saved!
