Hey All, I've got a 2016 Crosstrek premium, currently 74K miles. I've been noticing that the whole vehicle sort of wobbles right at 30 mph, and only at 30 mph. If I speed up to 35 mph, or slow down to 25 mph, there is no wobble... There's no noise associated with it, and doesn't seem to have any power change when it happens. Since this is only at one specific speed, I can only think to blame it on the cvt. It's not a dramatic wobble, nor does it feel damaging (or further damaging) it basically feels like there's a slight flat spot of one of the front tires and I can feel and see it in the steering wheel. I've had the wheels balanced at two different places, rotated, new tires don't make a difference. I haven't found anyone else having this issue yet, so here we are. I'm pretty sure the drivetrain warranty was only to 70K miles so I haven't had the transmission actually looked at. Would love to hear any thoughts-

The CVT shouldn't always be at the same gear ratio and RPM at a set speed. It should vary. did the tire rotation change where the wobble came from?
Your four wheels and tires are always turning at the same speed at 30. I'd start with suspension components. Check the bushings for signs of significant wear and possible tearing. I had a pancake bushing on the lower front control arm go bad in my last Subaru, and it manifested as a severe wobble at highway speed while turning.
If you turn the steering wheel all the way to each lock and look with a flashlight, you should be able to visually inspect most of the bushings pretty well.
