Check out Rally Innovations Ultimate Light Bar. I have one on my '18 and it fits great and frames the plate nicely. Their standard Light Bar is stabilized at the licence plate mounts and would also frame the plate but covers the top a bit.

I did end up going for the Rally Light Bar from RI - mostly out of impatience. I was initially concerned about it mounting to the radiator on the bottom and the bumper on top. Figured that a gentle tap would tear out the radiator. But the more I thought about it that more I figured I'd likely be out just as much without the light bar if I ran into something hard enough to matter.

I am looking at a couple of options to lower the license plate a tad to make it fully visible.
