A faulty fuel cap won't do all that. I recently had the same lights go on and it was due to a faulty oil metering valve. A fuel cap problem will only cause a check engine light.

 

I was driving to work this morning and I had a very similar, if not the same situation I've seen on other threads and this one. My CEL, AT Oil Temp, hill assist, abs, traction control lights all came on, along with the cruise light blinking.

I've tried restarting it a couple times and all lights have stayed on except the AT Oil Temp light isn't on anymore. I've seen you post in other threads that you think it was the oil metering valve, and it fixed your solution, @greywolf.

Is this an easy fix? I just bought my 2013 Crosstrek a week ago with just under 60k miles on it. I've never even heard of an oil metering valve. Could you provide any details on it?

In any case I plan on running it to a near Autozone during my lunch break and having them run a test to see what error code they come up with. At first I thought it might be the BLS but the rear brake lights work.

"A faulty fuel cap won't do all that." Yes, it will. Had it happen, too. Will also happen if the fuel cap isn't on tight. Finally got my wife trained to tighten to at least one 'click'.
