Can they not come up with a dash light for "faulty fuel cap"???? for the 2nd time I had the fuel cap replaced but why the heck does the check engine light, abs light, traction control light come on with the flashing cruise control and the center screen with VDCS disabled and Check Emissions. Really all these lights on is over kill for a faulty fuel cap.

I was driving to work this morning and I had a very similar, if not the same situation I've seen on other threads and this one. My CEL, AT Oil Temp, hill assist, abs, traction control lights all came on, along with the cruise light blinking.

I've tried restarting it a couple times and all lights have stayed on except the AT Oil Temp light isn't on anymore. I've seen you post in other threads that you think it was the oil metering valve, and it fixed your solution, @greywolf.

Is this an easy fix? I just bought my 2013 Crosstrek a week ago with just under 60k miles on it. I've never even heard of an oil metering valve. Could you provide any details on it?

In any case I plan on running it to a near Autozone during my lunch break and having them run a test to see what error code they come up with. At first I thought it might be the BLS but the rear brake lights work.

Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for all the helpful information so far!
