2017 crosstrek limited with 67k miles. Car feels like the brakes are stuck on randomly. Like there pumped up, I barely tap them and it feels like I'm flooring them. Happens at random so when its hot/cold, fast/slow. So of course the dealer cant find the problem, all appears good to them. I replaced all brake pads and rotors, and one rear caliper as it was seized but the rest appear fine (everything was bled of all air). I noticed this issue after the dealer replaced the brake light switch recall, they state its unrelated which it may be, just throwing it out there. I will also mention when they are pumped up if I pull the brake pedal toward me with my foot it seems to release it. Any ideas? Thanks
