Like a fool I bought a flea market special for 2018 Ltd . 225/55/18 was what I needed. I got 225/60/18 - "close enough I figured" I only needed a spare. Will this do?

Also what size wheel does this take ?

I always carry a full-size spare as the doughnut is only good for 200-300 miles. If I'm travelling on a Sunday, I'm screwed.

For temporary use, the different size tire should be OK, but if left on the car, it is very hard on the AWD system and will cause premature wear.

SF:
Your standard fitment of 225/55-18 is 27.7" in diameter and revolves 727 times per mile.
The 225/60-18 tire is 28.6" in diameter and revolves 705 times per mile.
I would only use the 225/60 in case of extreme emergency.
It will probably bugger-up your AWD center differential in short order when used.
I believe Subaru recommends no-more than 3/16' difference in tire diameter.
HTH.
