I'm sure this topic has been beaten to death, but I wasn't able to find anything in the forums newer than 2017. Has anyone figured out a way to temporarily disable this function? I know we've interrupted the signal path on the AWD Charger that a friend of mine had back in the day and it kept it fully disabled until an engine restart, but the control unit was also a separate entity under the center console. (we wired in a momentary switch and mounted it on the dash if I remember correctly)
I doubt it's possible, but has anyone had any luck doing something similar? or is the only option the fuse-pull method?
