Got to replacing the trans mount(cvt) and pitch/thrust mounts this morning on the family's MY18 after doing to the plugs the other weekend. The trans mount is quite easy to DIY. I just put the car up on ramps and used a floor jack to support the trans while changing the mount out. The torque specs for both are easily googled(sorry, I'm cooking currently). The trans mount had collapsed about 4mm in static height but the cushions at the base were cracking.
The thrust / pitch mount is quite an easy DIY, just pull the air intake(2 hose clamps, 1 plastic clip) and set as-side. The old unit with only 22k on it showed quite a bit of wear(bushing loose whereas the new unit rock solid).
The difference afterwards was stunning. The car feels civilized, smooth, no more drive train slopping around. Frankly, feels like a different car. Checked out the TB (throttle body) and was pretty clean(22k). I'll remove and clean it when I get a new factory seal for the housing. Both parts were about $150 in cost and did not take much time to DIY.
