I recently got my first Subaru! It's the 2023 Crosstrek Sport in Cool Gray Khaki and she is BEAUTIFUL.
My only complaint is that there seems to be a total lack of availability for vinyl cut files for the interior and exterior trim. Headlights, tail lights, brakes, steering wheel, shifter plate - I can't find any of them! There are plenty of shops on Etsy and copycat "auto styling" stores reselling the same precut templates, but the files they're all using are nowhere to be found.

Do any of you have access to Crosstrek trim SVG / AI / DXF / GSD files I can customize and cut on my home vinyl cutter? I would love to get all of them together and make them available for everyone.

Thank you Subie fam!

UPDATE
The files have been found!
Hey folks! Sorry for the late reply - I was on vacation!

After a bit of reverse-engineering the software that window-tinting and full-body-wrap professionals pay THOUSANDS for, I can now share these factory-specific cut files with you! They haven't been tested yet because I'm in the middle of a move and finding a place to set up my vinyl cutting rig is a bit difficult right now but give 'em a shot and let me know how it goes! I did not include every file because there are a ton and some of them are more accessible size-wise to the typical plotter that a hobbyist would have.

Buying these from a vendor typically costs $30+ depending on the piece and they don't share the data. This makes homebrew Subie vinyl nearly impossible without a lot of trial-and-error (and they're ALL black carbon fiber, so BORING!)

I hope these files help other DIY makers like myself!

You might be better off taking a photo of what you want to make a vinyl cut for and trace it. No company is willing to sell their template from what I found
when I was trying to make custom cuts for my BRZ. Just need to take a photo of what you want to make template of and make sure it's pretty flat/even with the camera, and then cut out the shape with photoshop, and import the shape to the software for your vinyl cutter.

That may be so but... I found the files! It look a little bit of reverse-engineering and CAD experience but I got 'em all! I've literally been working on it since I posted the original message and I am ✨a very proud girl✨ right now. You need anything for your BRZ?

Here's a dxf file for the small rear windows. The file has a border that pretty much follows the contour of the window (took me a few iterations to get it). I threw in the Dakar logo on mine. I might change it since some people think it's a mummy.
Also attached it the Roland cut file if anyone else can use this format instead. Had to change the extensions to .TXT to upload. Just change them back to CST and DXF respectively.
