Rear view mirror useless(for me)

I'm 5'5", like a very upright driving position, and seat adjusted to full height. No issues at all with the view out of the RVM in my '21Ltd..
I would take it back to the dealer and have them check the mounting position and stability.
Other than that I haven't a clue.
The back window on my Ltd. is significantly smaller that the one in my last rig of 20 years [2001 Jeep Cherokee], but I have had no issues adjusting to that. With the view out of my RVM, Side Mirrors, and the Blind Spot Warning, I feel very secure with the rear views.
Oh, and my peripheral vision is still pretty good and my neck still swivels.
