Hello all,

My 2016 Crosstrek Limited (no Eyeslight) got hit in the rear recently and I had to replace the rear bumper at a body shop. The problem is, after they replaced my bumper, my rear parking sensor stopped working? It used to beep when there are objects behind the car, but now I can only see the parking lines, no beep. The body shop guys said they did not see any sensors in the rear bumper (they even showed me the old bumper, I did not see any holes for sensors) and I called my local Subaru dealership and they said there are sensors in the rear bumper. I am very confused now, please help.

Sounds like there were sensors in your bumper and the body shop didn't replace them. Subaru would be the expert here. There are not visible censors in mine, there are modules behind the plastic bumper cover.
