I have a 2013 XV with 11,000 miles. I changed out tail lights, tried to use LED lights, they blew the tail light fuse. Replaced the LED with regular bulbs and replaced the fuse. Everything was fine. Then I got in at night to drive and when I turned on my head lights seed-O and tach illuminated red as usual, but the radio, A/C,and steering wheel did not. They all still work but do not illuminate. Has anyone heard of this, and/or know a trouble shooting solution. I checked a lot of the fuses but will go through each one today to see if I've missed something. Thanks for the help.

Looking at the service manual, it appears to be number 32 in the interior panel, although my reading may be quite off:
