Entering anything into MySubaru doesn't prove it really happened. Subaru could always come back and ask for receipts on a warranty claim. Having stuff listed in MySubaru doens't make it easy to find anything. How many months ago did I flush my brake fluid becomes a scavenger hunt through the rows. For me everything goes into Excel where I have one tab per car. Putting in todays mileage and I can instantly tell how many miles and how many months it's been since AS well how many miles / how many months until any given service is scheduled to be done.

MySubaru doesn't guarantee they will retain the data, and a dozen or so years ago they went through an upgrade and lost a bunch of data. At least my spreadsheet and all the electronic and scanned copies of paper invoices are on my computer (and copied to the NAS, and backed up offsite).
