So, I did a quick search and didn’t find anything about this. Today I jacked up the front and put jack stands at the pinch welds to change the oil. I noticed the wheels were not the same height off the ground. The passenger wheel was about 2-3” higher than the driver side. I adjusted the jack stands to accommodate. Is this something to be concerned about?
thanks

I had the same experience when I had mine up on jack stands, though I'd say the difference was less than 2". Could be weight distribution? Maybe on the driver's side there is a few pounds more stuff with steering and battery, etc...

side note, I've found ramps are quick and easy for oil changes.

Thanks for both responses. My driveway is not perfectly level but close enough to feel safe jacking it up. I use a piece of 2x6 on the jack pad,, I’ll double check that it’s flush next time. At least I know something is not terribly wrong.
I installed a fumoto valve this time so next time should be easier.
This forum has helped a bunch. That was the first time doing an oil change on a car…and I’m 51. 🤓

hold on, you adjusted your jackstands to be different heights? please don't do that.

On my mostly level garage floor, one side of the car always lifts higher from the center jack point. You just jack the car until the lower side reaches your desired stand height and then lower it onto the jacks slowly. always keep the stands at the same height.

For doing oil, i bought a set of ramps. I try to jack up from the pinch welds as little as possible, had too many crush. I know the dealer probably goes by the pinch welds but i dont like to make a habit. For rotating tires i made an adapter to match the geometry of the stock jack. If you see how the stock jack fits, the force is actually on the flat underside behind the pinch weld. The pinch weld itself keeps it centered. I only have directional tires so only need to do one side at a time, and a place jack stands as a backup.
Going to far, probably, many people here jack up by the welds with no issue.
Anywho, buy some ramps for oil changes!
