US Sport has one so I assume your version would too. I think the top hole you are feeling is for the light. Would think you'd have that too. Should be 2 in the console under the arm rest but for charging only I believe.

There shouldn't be any clips for the rear flaps. They come in the flap kit. You can see in the install instructions. The front gets clips also but they replace a couple of push pins.

Canadian Outdoor model shows USBs in the armrest and dash. Look down the page under Comfort and Convenience.

Glanced at several Canadian reivews on the Outdoor model. They show the same USB setup in the dash cubby.

What does your window sticker say? My USA Sport says "USB Ports (4)"
