I think this is a miss-conception of an "easter egg". as per wiki (to cite a source) An Easter egg is an intentional inside joke, hidden message, or feature in an interactive work such as a computer program, video game or DVD menu screen. The name has been said to evoke the idea of a traditional Easter egg hunt.

So this won't be an easter egg, but a feature, that is simply not in plain sight. But this ain't funny, yo! 👅

And as much as I appreciate your time spent on sharing something you found, the good intentions and the positive attitude and all that, if people just used search first before they start a thread, we'd had so much easier time with the search results later in the future, when on a keyword you get 20 relevant results, instead of 200 duplicated ones....
Or is it just me?
It's like with the oil consumption thread that turned up again yesterday, that one of the moderators had to shut down as that topic was coming up over and over and over again...
Also, is it just me, do people purposely make vague thread headings just to "lure" visitors in? Or do they not know to make the name clearly stat what is the core topic of the thread? Something like - Mode/Mute button easter egg (for example in this case). No? just me? ok, I'll go away now...
