We are aware of some bad product that made it into the wild. We had some of our liners ship that didn't get cured properly due to something being out of calibration in our factory. We just want to make everyone aware that if you experience any extreme shrinkage, curling and a grease like substance coming out of the bottom to please contact us and we will replace them. We do stand by our lifetime warranty and want to proactively make you guys aware of this rare problem.

P.S. This should only be happening in areas with extreme heat and to a very very small percentage of orders.

Mr CupHolderHero.....I have your product, will install in my 3 day old Crosstrek. Thanks for heads up, signs of a honest and customer orientated company! At least for this week, the DC/VA/MD area has "extreme heat." :)

What "liners" are you referring to? I'm sorry if my brittle brain is missing something obvious here!

EDIT: WAIT! OMG! Cupholders! It just hit me upside my head.
