Death Wobble Problem

I recently experienced a terrifying death wobble with my '14 Crosstrek with about 8k miles on it.

I purchased it from a dealer really really far from here because the local dealer wanted way more $$$ for the same vehicle.

It is obviously still under warranty. Do I have to take it to the dealer I purchased it from or can I take it to any authorized Subaru dealer to have it looked it?

And a follow up legal question... If I have to take it to the far away dealer and the death wobble returns in route and I crash and die can my family sue Subaru for making me drive across the state instead of servicing the vehicle locally?
/Yes, the second question is facetious. I'm just upset about having problems with a car with 8k miles on it and am generally scared to drive it on the highway without getting it fixed first.

Rim bent, wheel weights missing ??? Do the simple things first ...BEFORE DRIVING ANY FURTHER... Look for the obvious..Loose parts etc,and as others have stated, if the Wobble is So severe, the SOA # is indeed there for a Reason, Call them describe the condition. "It is Unsafe to Drive" and they WILL ARRANGE to DECK it to a Dealer for Repairs

True death wobble doesn't really happen on an independent front end. Lifted Jeep Wrangler owners can testify. Each wheel can do it and it is usually a result of caster being off. Imagine that shopping cart wheel that we all have had that does that head shake to the point where you can't wait to get rid of it. If it is both front wheels then something is off, because of recent alignment or a bad wheel tire install.
