Dashboard noise

Most manufacturers place gaff, tesa, or felt tape in key areas to help prevent the rattle between plastic parts. Easy to find at your local hardware store. FYI

Went back to the service shop and they said it was one of the dashboard down pins making poor contact. They "insulated" and now the issue is gone.
Again, when a shop 'insulates' they most likely use tesa, felt, or gaff tape. This is an industry standard. If you are a more DIY, you can easily do this yourself with small pieces of tape and trim removal tools to tuck/edge pieces of the tape, like shims, into the area in question. (y)
