Hey, I also just posted about a dash / lower windshield rattle on the drivers side. Here's a video of the sound of mine:

Is this what you're hearing? It happens on any rough road and seems to be unaffected by the wind. It isn't caused by the speaker grill or A-pillar from what I can tell. I also don't believe it's the windshield cowl (I taped it down and the rattle persisted).

Exactly this

After many months of searching, I finally found the location of the noise I think. I can replicate it by tapping on the plastic cover underneath the steering column (near the lever to adjust the steering wheel height). The sound is coming from inside the steering column I'm pretty sure. Haven't taken the time to pull things apart and fix it yet, since it's now very intermittent on the road. Let me know if this helps with your rattle.
