From listening to the video, I could not really tell what the noise is. Is it more like rattling/vibration, or thumping? One thing that comes to mind is the retainer for the A-pillar plastic cover -- there is a plastic hook underneath it that keeps it tethered the the pillar in case of airbag deployment so it does not hit you in the face; if not placed properly perhaps it may produce some rattling noise. Another possibility is a lose harness under the dash; it would make more of a thumping sound -- you can pull the panels under the steering wheel -- they are on clips and are very easy to pull -- and look around.
