Based on your description, It’s your tires. When cold (not up to operating temp) they will be noisier and have a stiffer feel which can also provide a wobble. This is most prominent in the winter when the portion in contact with the ground freezes and doesn’t have the same elasticity as the non frozen portions of the tire, creating a wobble feeling until the rubber heats up enough to thaw the frozen portion.
As others stated, it could be a number of things. I'd run through the standards...
1) tire balance, condition, and pressures
2) check the front suspension, wheel bearings, and cv joints
3) check the motor and trans mounts
If it has some miles and age on it, probably needs a bit of TLC(like most of us in our old age). ; )
None of the components listed above are noisy for a couple miles/minutes and then quiet for the duration of the ride. Only tires do this consistently, when it’s been parked and cold for a while.
