Yeah, the US Sport is also switching to 18" wheels. Falken Ziex are the same as the previous Limited had. From the round of reviews today, it looks like the US Base and Premium will continue to have 17" wheels with Yokohama Geolandars.

From what I've been looking into, it sounds like it'll be the same interior as the US sport. The data sheet seems to like up well with what we've seen so far.Do you happen to have pictures or did you see the interior seat design? I am trying to figure out if they have the same amount of yellow as what is shown on the Sport trim for 2024 US Market, or if it will just have yellow stitching. From the tiny preview picture on Subaru.ca it is hard to tell for sure, but looks like it may be the same as the US Sport seat for 2024.
Thanks.
Yeah, my wife just sold her 1st gen 2013 back to the dealer when they called back in Oct. She'll miss the original. There was 2023 Sport still in the lot but not in a colour she'd prefer, so we pre-ordered this one.
She's not a fan of all the sharp angles of today's auto styling (I think Toyota/Lexus started the trend).
Also now that the Badge of Ownership program is now in Canada, we can't wait to get our VIN to order it. It'll be Subaru no. 5 between the both of us.
Thanks DCYVR for posting the exterior pics of the Onyx in Canada. I'm trying to find out what the premium grey cloth interior looks like in the Canadian Onyx and can not find any pics online (can only find pics of the 2024 Canadian black leather interior on the Limited model). What dealership had this Onyx in stock? I'd like to give them a call to ask about the interior.Just spotted the first display model at the dealership when I went to pick up my Ascent from the service department.
Snapped a few pics as I was rushing home, the wife got this exact colour and model on order.
2024 Crosstrek Onyx in Offshore Blue
It was getting dark so the colours don't look as vibrant as it should. I like the subtle yellow/gold trim around the fogs better than the US Sport trim.

We currently have a 2021 Forester Touring model. Great vehicle but a little large for our needs (2 seniors). We have the exact vehicle, same color, you have photographed on order. Your pictures are great. I would like to obtain phots of its interior. I think it should be the same as the US model, shown in this reviewThanks DCYVR for posting the exterior pics of the Onyx in Canada. Here's a screenshot from a pre-release PDF brochure, I don't think the colour is accurate. Thanks DCYVR for posting the exterior pics of the Onyx in Canada. Thanks to everyone for the replies - super helpful! From the updated Subaru.ca website, it looks like the interior of the all 2024 Canadian Touring models will have black premium cloth and the interior of all the Onyx models will have grey premium cloth. Also from the pic of the Canadian pre-release brochure PDF, it looks like the Onyx grey cloth seats will be styled the same as the US Sport model. In case it may be helpful to someone, here are links to some photo galleries of US models that may give a better idea of what the black and grey cloth interiors look like. Here's a screenshot from a pre-release PDF brochure, I don't think the colour is accurate.

That's great news dcyvr about your vehicle coming in! We've been told months to go before we'll see any model of 2024 Crosstrek here in northern Alberta. The first shipment from Japan has arrived.
Our dealer just called my wife, she can take possession of her Onyx this weekend (on order since Oct).
It just sucks that the pricing is MSRP and no deals even for Subaru VIP pricing for past/existing customers 🙁
Polly as per request (forgive me I'm not a good auto photographer), but here's a couple of exterior and close ups of the grey interior. Hopefully that gives you a good real world visual of how the Onyx looks in the flesh. That's great news dcyvr about your vehicle coming in! Hey, if you've got the time and inclination, please feel free to post interior pics of your wife's new Onyx.Would love to see!

I didn't open it because it wanted to install a browser extension. Does it turn it off permanently? If so, it seems Subaru have been paying attention. The folks selling eliminators won't be pleased.I downloaded the 2024 Owners Manual since I have one on order. According to it, you can turn off the start/stop feature via an Infotainment menu. Many of the previous physical Button controls are on a menu now.
Pgs 206-206 lists a lot of what you can control, in particular pg 356 addresses the Start/Stop feature.

That's ridiculous! Who wants to scroll through all those menu items every time they start the car!Reading the notes on the page, It will probably have to be done after each restart:
If the engine is restarted when the Auto Start Stop system is not operational and the ignition switch has been turned to the “OFF” position, the Auto Start Stop system will turn on again.
I will not be able to confirm this until I receive delivery in June.
The functionality is the same as it is in the current Crosstrek; the only difference is that the physical switch has been replaced by an onscreen menu option.I didn't open it because it wanted to install a browser extension.
