So I reached out to ScanGauge and told them the issue I am having since plugging in their gauge. They replied almost immediately, saying that they know about this issue and have a fix that should correct the problem. I am going to be mailing them my gauge tomorrow and I'll give an update once I receive it back.
Once you get your unit back, would you mind posting the firmware version on your ScanGauge? I updated mine about a year ago but still experience the same StarLink issue. I have v3.15 right now.
