AC compressor Cycling

Checked threads and didn’t see any of the specific causes or solutions.

BACKGROUND: AC stopped working, dealer found O-ring seals leaking and TXV bad- replaced and returned.

NOW: AC compressor sometimes doesn’t come on and when it does the compressor randomly comes on and off, rarely stays cold consistently for longer than a few seconds.
Returned and dealer said they weighed refrigerant , charge was correct said it’s normal.

Any advice before I lose my S on the service department? I have a video but not sure how to load on this format?
Several possibilities.

Another possibility is: Compressor pulley is turning and clutch is NOT turning compressor?
If this is happening, you apparently have a worn compressor clutch and there are several fixes you can do other than replacement. There is a shim that you can remove to allow the pulley to press hard enough on the clutch so that it turns the compressor again.
Here is one thread that addresses this issue. (1) Model Year 2012 to 2017 - AC Clutch | Subaru Crosstrek and XV Forums (subaruxvforum.com)
