Does anyone know if it's possible to install the brake calipers from a 2006 WRX on a 2014 Crosstrek? I think the front calipers will fit but i'm not sure about the rears. I'm trying find out if a 2006 WRX rear knuckle will fit on a Crosstrek then I can install the 2 pots. Anyone ever thought about doing this?

The brakes would be going on this. Yes the 4/2 pots clear these wheels. I checked on my WRX.

Anything is possible
But a 2015 wrx wound probably fit better being same era

But Iam sure any wrx STI set would work
I've seen many done on Ozfoz with foresters 2010 models with 2006 brembos
Have fun

I will probably put the fronts on soon but I have to wait until I have everything for the rears. The front just bolt right up! There will be plenty of pictures.

Just ordered the rebuild kits for the calipers! I love big brakes.

If the piston slides out easy there is no reason to replace it. If there is a little rust you can use some emery cloth to remove it. When I rebuilt the 4/2 pots on my WRX one piston was really seized and I had to replace it. These seem to be in pretty good shape so we'll see what happens.
