Bought a 22 Impreza (base model - auto trans) in Nov of 21 for $22K. Love the car.

Wanted something a bit taller and a bit more luxurious.

Wife wasn’t feeling well today (booster shot yesterday) so I said “I’m bored - let me go look at cars”

Here was the result of a few un-wife-supervised hours on my own today 😄

And - why do they screw the plate directly into the bumper? SMH!!

Already bought the:
*rear bumper protector
*roof cross rails
*silicon key covers
*body colored molding

What else should I be looking at?

I usually receive the following instructions before leaving the house and going to a dealership for whatever reason: "Don't buy another car!!!" :p

Congratulations and hope your wife is feeling better.

The side by side photo is telling. Blue car looks like it has stepped on. My 2022 looks just yours. The 2.5l engine is a bonus.
I use it for highway trips. Wife drives it to work a lot. I am hooked on the Active Cruise and EyeSight. Once out of Houston on the Interstate switch both on and let it go.

I am in a state that requires it - but never use one.
That be an invitation for The Law to pull you over. Happened to me a few years back when the front plate on my '79 Suby got ripped off when I plowed into an ice-packed snow pile one snowy day. I tossed the plate in the back until I would get around to putting it back on. Three days later, I got pulled over by Smokey when I was leaving work. Got a warning only. Still, never give The Law a reason. Always be compliant.
