As [email protected] points out, only the two ports under the dash work with CarPlay. The ones in the center console are for 2.1A charging only. Before you start pulling things apart, I would recommend trying several different USB cables and see if you can get any of them to work. Sometimes certain circuits are extremely finicky with the various OEM and aftermarket USB cables.
