I replaced the battery on my 2016 Crosstrek last night and day found my drivers window would auto go down or up ... googled it and found a solution ... Am I missing anything else? I had the seat belt chime turned off, which I was able to do again too.

Look up "throttle body alignment", to set idle speed.

I've tried the throttle body alignment extended procedure and I don't think it does anything different than just turning the key to ignition (no start) wait for the chimes to stop then start. I let car idle until it warms up enough for RPM to drop to normal idle and away I drive.
The accelerator will feel a bit dead (extra travel in the pedal) during first few initial accelerations. This will go away after driving the car a bit.
