I am installing Ironman 4x4 ATS lift kit. The front is lifted via longer struts. The rear has longer shocks, stiffer springs, and 2 inch spacers. I hope to finish up everything today and share some experience.
Ironman currently has the ATS kit on sale for $999, which even comes with a free air compressor. That is a good deal. I can so far attest to their shipping and packaging; it is a 5 star.

To answer your original question specifically: if you are looking at Subframe Drop Spacer Kit - Fits 18-24 Subaru Crosstrek & Wilderness/19 I believe it has everything the Ironman has for the rear lift.
