  1. Engine and Drivetrain
I have a 2023 6MT on the way and looking to get a Borla exhaust. My goal is subtle increase in exhaust sound (whatever that means to you/me) and not draw too much attention like with a muffler delete. Seems Borla is the best low key exhaust option. I’ve ruled Nameless Executive accordingly as...
  2. For Sale / Freebies
Just installed today 2/18, but the sound isn’t what I had expected. Paid $305 plus shipping, but will sell for $250. Prefer local pickup. Hardware is included along with a nameless license plate bracket & stickers that came with it. This is for the 2018+ Crosstrek.
    $250 USD

Anyone know if the Borla exhaust 11944 fits the 2021? Borla and other sites says fits the 2018-2020 models. I know a lot of stuff from those fits this one, but wanted to ask before I try to experiment... I thought maybe someone in here knows or, better yet, is using one on their 2021. FWIW...
  4. Dealer and Vendor Reviews
So I recently purchased the muffler delete with resonator from Crawford Performance. I didn't see many reviews of this exhaust on the internet so I took a bit of time to throw a youtube video up. I think it sounds AMAZING. Here's the link if anyone else is interested in this set up... Crawford...
  5. Performance Modifications
Pretty easy but just in case anyone is curious as to what actually goes into it. Installed on my 2017 Crosstrek Base 5 spd manual Thanks!

  7. Engine and Drivetrain
I was worried about removing the muffler on the 2018 on the 2017 I had a bent pipe that redirected the exhaust away from the bumper. I have not found anything to do this on the 2018 as the pipe is larger and when i have used a delete i simply removed the muffler. I was worried that with...
  8. Engine and Drivetrain
Been trying to figure this out. I know removing the muffler means lower backpressure, which means less low-end torque, but does it also cause the engine to run too lean, meaning higher heat and increased wear that will lead to damage?
  9. Engine and Drivetrain
Hello everyone! I recently got lucky enough to receive a Borla Rear section exhaust for Christmas for my 2013 Crosstrek (https://www.borla.com/products/impreza_xv_crosstrek_axleback_exhaust_stype_part__11843.html). It has ~30K miles so the exhaust is pretty rusty and was wondering if there are...
  10. Engine and Drivetrain
Hey everyone. I got my 2016 Limited CVT back in April, and was I able to install an electric cutout just recently. I got this car mainly for comfort, so I did not want to lose the quietness and ride comfort the stock car provided. I had a manual cutout installed on my last car (2010 Outback...
