Thanks for responding, but i need your help to know the truth about putting a/t tires on xv. the mechanic that ive talked to is a mechanic from a tire shop, he says that a/t tires are more heavier than normal tires and thats causing damage to suspension of the vehicle, is that true?

Tire shops don't employ "mechanics". A real mechanic that knows what he's doing can make a lot more money being an actual mechanic than he can slinging tires.

Tire shops employ whoever they can find and pay them squat to sling tires all day. And the people they can find aren't what I would call geniuses.

The tire guy is just repeating what he heard on the internet. Don't listen to him.

Nothing wrong with putting A/T tires on. I definitely would not go to 19" wheels with A/T tires.

I think the right set of 19's would look good.

    Tire Rack is suggesting a 235/45 x 19.

Not the best if you plan to go bush bashing, but they'd be great for mostly road.
