i wanted to put coilovers on my 2018 mainly to keep ride hight when I offroad and rallycross; then, lower it when i track it. of the companies that make coilovers for the impreza/xv none could retain the stock height of the xv when fully maxed. it would have been nice. i still tracked the xv the chassis is super responsive and it drives lighter than it feels, not very much power but I'm able to keep it pinned bc the off-road/stiffer nature of the stock shocks make it good around corners once you put stickier tires

interesting on the 5/5kgmm rates. if zero is Impreza stock high your max height will net you 5.1 inches vs the xv's 8.7

not the kit I'm looking for. good luck and have fun!

Got the struts, they didn't come with top hats or the spring bearing up front. I ordered those parts and assembled them this evening. I'm gonna make an appointment to get them installed and have the car realigned within the next two weeks.
