    First trip in new Crosstrek

Just bought a 2019 Crosstrek Premium last week. We spent the day yesterday cruising around the Ozark National Forest. I wish I would have taken a few videos, but I got a few photos.

I'm completely happy with it being 100% stock, but I am considering some 15" wheels and some all terrain tires at some point.

I got my Crosstrek a couple months ago and have also been enjoying the Ozarks. This is my first serious AWD and I'm pretty cautious but this car encourages confidence. I have been on some jeep trails/creek crossings that looked totally intimidating and I got through with no fuss at all. My biggest and only complaint was the stock tires, which are useless offroad. I replaced them with some excellent, grippy, Continentals which come closer to letting this car live up it its potential.
