Another thing to keep in mind is that over $10k, people are generally going to want to finance a car purchase. Some banks can get weird buying from a private party, so that might cut into your market as well. Our local used Subaru guy has had 2 or 3 manual cars on the lot for over 2 years, with no takers. His prices are fair, he repairs anything on the car that needs it, and stands behind them. Just no market for them.

If you're in a hurry to get rid of it, try a consignment place... otherwise keep it, drive it, enjoy it. Every time you buy a new car and then get rid of it a few years later, it's a lot of money down the drain. Might make more sense to hang on to it until the right deal comes along.

Have you tried selling outside the PNW. I just had an XV manual that was sold out from underneath me that had 3 offers-even though I had paperwork in place and was on my way to pick it up. Granted doing that may not fetch as much $ but reaching out even as far as Kalispell MT will fetch near the same-Bozeman or Missoula would as well because they are so in demand. Just a thought.
