Coolant is suppose to be good for 137k miles. However, if you have topped it off with anything other than Subaru Super Coolant, change it now.

Have you replaced any of the filters, fluids (besides engine oil) or spark plugs in those 100k miles?

There is maintenance schedule in your Warranty and Maintenance Booklet that should have come with the car. Here's an on-line version:

2013 Subaru maintenance schedule and new car break-in period

For starters I would definitely get the brake fluid, front & rear differential fluids, spark plugs and cabin air filter changed if those items have never been serviced.

Definitely change the CVT fluid! Lifetime fluid is B.S.!

Differentials (front & rear)/manual trans oil must be replaced every 60000 km or 38000 miles.
