20 mm rear sway bar, no bushings?

Got a question, purchased through a mail order site of a Subaru Parts Dealer. One of the parts I ordered was a 20 mm rear stabilizer bar for my Crosstrek. It didn't come with two new 20mm black rubber bushings. I'm pretty sure I order it as a kit, bar w/bushings. Am i'm to reuse the old OEM ones, which the bar is only 16 mm thick. Does it really matter?

Mine came with bushings. I wouldn't reuse the 16mm bushings - I can't say that I compared the new bushings to the old, but given how reasonable the cost of the new ones is . . .

    Yes it does matter.

Unfortunately, most parts dealers don't stock the rear sway bar as an upgrade kit, they stock it as a replacement part for the same stock part. You need to get some 20mm bushings; however, since you didn't get the Subaru OEM bushings yet, you might be better off to get the aftermarket polyurethane ones instead of the normal rubber ones.
